The Review
The Assassins Creed will leave you with awe with its rich and astonishing storyline.Not only fictitious marvel but also a conceptual one.The storyline though is not real the idea of integrating reality to the story not only makes it interesting but also make you question the reality of the story(though you would wish there is such a creed and wanna be part of it).The Concept of the "Animus" and being in the future but playing in your past life brings some freshness to the game as compared to the POP series (Prince Of Persia).
The Gamplay
The Good :
- A very fresh concept and story gives a new view the gamers perspective.You just want to find out more and more of the game.
- The sword fighting and special moves will really make your jaw drop especially the ones that have to do with the hidden blade.
- Good Graphics made for the game requirements.
- It will make you wish it were true and you belonged to the brotherhood.
The Bad:
- Though the story is different and fresh the maps and gamplay is just to much like Prince of Persia with the endless running about and hours of traveling mindlessly for missions jumping from one building wall to the other which is the only reason that the game takes time.
- Not so much a fan of the hidden flags scattered all over the cities and are a hassle to find some of them in numbers such as 33,100 and so on.
- The Mini missions to synchronize the memory is just keeps getting monotonous.
- Climbing buildings just waste time of the user to syn the map.
The Verdict
The Game is made for buffs who do not mind putting the extra effort to play with a perfectly lovely story and with moves that Jagger wished he had.At the end you wonder why ???Why i am not a part of this creed??how can i be that way??The games effects and execution with the conversation scenes Altaïr has his victim will leave really take you away.The game has a very rich story and a promising one that will take you to a complete new world and give you a priceless smile whenever you assassinate someone with the hidden blade (use the hidden blade).
